Linear Flap Drive

Description of Device

The motorized Linear Flap Drive consists of following separate parts

  1) Warm-galvanized Mounting Rail for the placement of pipe fixing brackets

  2) SS-304 Fixing Brackets for the fixation and regulation of the piping

  3) SS-304 Water Inlet Pipe 22 or 28 mm with vertical 6-10 exits 15 mm

  4) Thermo-isolation 9 mm in foam type with aluminum covering

  5) Aluminum square bar 15 x 15 x 2000 mm for flap attachment

  6) Aluminum flaps 3 mm attached to bar by SS-nails and teflon bearing 

  7) Connecting plate between flaps and solar panels

  8) 12 VDC Linear actuator < 30 W with screwed piston.

  9) Built-in Motor Terminal Switches

​10) Prewired solar sensors and motor connectors 

12) Lenght of the Worm Gear Drive is 2 meter

13) * Non motorized Linear Flap Drive extensions in length of 2 meter
